| LIMITED WARRANTY
Engine Short Blocks or Long
Blocks remanufactured by us are guaranteed against defects in
workmanship and materials as follows:
- SHORT BLOCKS-PASSENGER CARS:
For Ninety (90) days from date of invoice or 4,000 miles, whichever
occurs first.
- LONG BLOCKS-PASSENGER CARS: For
Twelve (12) months from date of invoice or 12,000 miles, whichever
occurs first.
- TRUCKS, BUSSES, TRACTOR,
INDUSTRIAL, MARINE: For Thirty (30) days from the date of invoice or
1,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- Any blocks misused or used for
racing to include non-stock parts will void any and all expressed
or implied warranty.
- Shipping, labor or any other
expenses or damages arising as a result of defective parts is
NOT included and will not be reimbursed or covered in any
way.
LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY LIMITS ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME AS THE EXPRESS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. |
