state-of-the-art equipment and top quality parts brands, we completely
remanufacture over 2800 short blocks and 1800 heads each month for
customers from coast to coast in our environmentally-safe facility.
Each of our products meets or exceeds the rigid quality control
standards of Original Equipment Manufacturers to assure you top

Cores are burned in our new Pollution Control cleaning ovens, the most efficient, hi-tech ovens available today. They are then blasted, tumbled, and Magnafluxed for flaws. Each block is re-bored and cylinder walls are power honed to one one-thousandth of an inch for a precise fit and finish. They are carefully quality checked using advanced Dial Bore indicator process, and, finally, each block is thoroughly cleaned with soap and water. All our heads are 3-angle cut by our Serdi 100 seat machines for better flow. Camshafts and crankshafts are straightened and reground. Connecting rods are checked for size and straightness and resized and straightened if necessary. Our Research and Development Department uses the QT150 SIM Test Quality Control System.
